The food was pretty good overall, just not the best in town for a few reasons. Their burritos were average size at best, but their price is on the upper end of the best places. For all the hype I heard about their flavor of their burritos I was just left disappointed compared to understanding the hype. They have a Huge selection of good produce. Their assortment of meat was definitely enough to fill any desired selection. Now as a general store they have a lot of random items. No shame but if you want to waste a bunch of money they have video poker on site. Overall if you’re looking for a quick good meal give this place a try you just won’t find the best in town.

Had a carnitas torta, and I can say it's my favorite torta around now. Not the mustard-forward torta that you get elsewhere (I love that style as well). This is more like a deli torta. Fresh tomato, fresh big cilantro, super smooth carnitas, great browned bread. One of the owners brought us some pork belly - incredibly soft, fatty meat with the fried crispy skin. This place is outstanding. Going to have to keep myself from making myself sick of it. I ate the food too fast to take enough pics.

Everything here is authentic. The food is delicious hands down. But it is pricey but Again you are getting authentic and freshness. Even the salsa is made daily.

Excellent, fresh, delicious food! TL:DR This carniceria has a limited menu, but every item is worth it! Get the chicharon tacos (or any tacos) you will not regret it! Details: Came in on a Saturday afternoon to be greeted by the owner and some of his family. Exceptionally friendly, and patient as we figured out what to try! The fresh meat sits in a case, waiting for him to cut it up for your tacos! He let us sample a bit, and we ended up trying three types of tacos. Each was more delicious than the last... every bite full of flavor! Oh, and the tortillas themselves were just a bit better than I've had before too - your normal corn tortilla for a taco, but maybe a bit richer in flavor? It was terrific. No downside to visiting this family establishment and getting some delicious food today!

The best tacos I’ve ever had in my life are hiding right here in Northwest Arkansas. @los_cuatro_hermanosnwa is nestled in a small residential neighborhood in Springdale and if you didn’t know by word of mouth, you’d probably miss it. Trust me when I say… don’t miss it. Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by at least one of the brothers that runs this Mexican butcher shop, where you can purchase everything from pigs feet to a whole hog. But the beauty here lies in the exceptional service and absolutely incredible food. We both ordered four tacos each, sampling everything we could fit in our stomachs: lengua, al pastor, barbacoa, carnitas, and chicharrón. Our tacos were LOADED WITH MEAT. The flavors were sensational and every. single. meat was cooked to absolute perfection. We were treated to homemade guacamole, freshly made, by one of the brothers, along with fresh made hot sauces that perfectly complimented our tacos. These dudes are so friendly and you can see they take true delight in feeding every soul that walks through the door. I don’t know if I can fully express just how much I loved this place. Please do your tastebuds and your heart a favor and go visit them. You won’t regret it, I promise.

The carnitas were excellent and the owners were really friendly. We ordered an assortment of carnitas cuts and some fried pork belly, which was a flavor bomb. Everything was fresh and glistening and they even sell fresh salsas and fresh tortillas to complete the package if you’re ordering take-out. Definitely worth a visit.
